This is our dog, Chief, being coaxed to eat a pill. Very cute. Watch the dog curl his lip every time he takes it in his mouth.

Spring is coming. Makes the mind think of flowers and fresh air. Harbor Springs is preparing for summer too. We are all anxious to see the ice go out of Little Traverse Bay, and for the snow to go away.

It's that time again. Summer's coming and I need to paint as many local scenes as I can paint. Here's one from last year. It's Harbor Springs bluff view.

I finished a triptych and it's finally dry enough to take to the gallery. These are selling like hotcakes even in this economy. Here's one sold a few months ago.

Most recently I was asked to do the Northwest Michigan Dining Guide cover art, this is the winter edition. Previously, I did the summer issue. It was alot of fun coming up with this still life. I actually went out and purchased the items and photographed various still life situations. This one was the nicest setting.
